And that… makes it all worth it. It really was a happy day at the Smile Factory.
Open Day is now behind us… and it’s time to pause for a moment to express our gratitude.
It’s been two intense, fun, heartwarming days that really “recharge your batteries.”
Open doors, conversations, greetings, and hugs. Sharing with many people—some you already know and others you want to meet—and seeing up close what we do.

The real work behind every product. Processes, decisions, and coordination between teams. Everything that makes sure, when the time comes, things work. And if one thing has become clear these past few days, it’s that none of this happens by chance.
